Communication Research Methods Report: Uber (Group Collaboration)

Tap the logo to view the Secondary, Qualitative, and Quantitative research my group-mates and I conducted for the Uber brand. We discuss Uber's lack of a USP and investigate consumers' feelings about the brand compared to its top competitor Lyft through focus groups and surveys of 18-24-year-old college students.
